5 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
9×13 buttered pan
1 loaf of bread
evaporated milk
sweetened condensed milk
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Cut or tear the bread into bite-sized cubes and spread evenly in the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
- Let the mixture rest for about 10–15 minutes so the bread can fully absorb the custard.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk while still warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
