Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 9×13 buttered pan

  • 1 loaf of bread

  • evaporated milk

  • sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • Cut or tear the bread into bite-sized cubes and spread evenly in the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Let the mixture rest for about 10–15 minutes so the bread can fully absorb the custard.
  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk while still warm.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
