Easy 2 -Ingredient Cheese Jell-o

Hello sweet friends, I am finally able to share my super easy and delicious 2 ingredient dessert with you. This dessert is very versatile and yummy, you can also change up the flavors and have varieties of desserts using the same recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2-8oz blocks cream cheese

  • 3-6oz packets Jelll-o whatever flavor you prefer

  • 7 cups water

  • non-stick spray

Directions

  • Dissolve a packet of gelatin with 1 cup of hot water, as soon as the gelatin dissolves, add another two cups of water and continue mixing.
  • Prepare your gelatin mold, spraying it with aerosol, or non-stick spray. Remove the excess with a clean washcloth, and make sure the entire mold is covered with the spray.
  • Now we are going to pour the strawberry jelly over the mold and we are going to place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes so that it half sets.
  • For the strawberry cheese gelatin, dissolve the two remaining gelatin packages with 2 cups of hot water, as soon as it dissolves add the remaining two cups of water and continue mixing.
  • Add the 2 blocks of cream cheese to the blender and add the gelatin mixture that we just dissolved, fill the blender only 2/3 full so it does not make a mess
  • Mix until the cream cheese dissolves, now add the cheese mixture with the gelatin that you have leftover, and mix until incorporated
  • Take out the gelatin that we had in the refrigerator, and begin to carefully add the cheese gelatin, when you finish pouring the cheese gelatin, place the whole gelatin in the refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight, then enjoy!
