Strawberry Crumble Recipe

Hi friends! As long as i’ve been on social media, I have wondered how to add more bling, crunch, cute-ness, to my cakes and treats. So I decided to experiment with this recipe and it came out great! It’s a crumble that I added on top of my strawberry cake and I iced my cake with cream cheese frosting. I’ll definitely share the strawberry cake and cream cheese frosting recipe so you can make them too.

You can use this crumble as a topping, filling. Ive even used it on cupcakes and it is certainly easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup All purpose Flour

  • 1 stick unsalted butter (room temp)

  • 1 3.4 oz strawberry instant pudding

  • 1 3.4 oz cheesecake instant pudding

  • + 1/4 C all purpose flour if needed

  • pink/neon pink food color

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Split the butter stick in half, and place one half in bowl and the other half in another bowl
  • Add one pudding pouch into each bowl and add in 1/4 heaping cup of all purpose flour to each bowl
  • Mash the ingredients in each bowl using a fork, until a paste forms. I like to add a little tiny drop of pink food color to my strawberry crumble bowl just to highlight the flavor and the color match
  • Place both pudding flavors in a baking sheet alternatively, try not to mix them too much. Be sure to spread the pudding paste in a thin layer so that it is able to get crispy
  • Bake for 12-17 minutes
