No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Hi friends! Today im sharing a super easy cheesecake recipe with you. The best part is that it is only made using 4 ingredients and all the ingredients can be found online.

INGREDIENTS

2- 8oz blocks of cream cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cups lemon juice

1 graham cracker crust (+6 mini crusts for the left over)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add room temperature cream cheese to a mixing bowl and mix at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. After 2 minutes add in the entire can of sweetened condensed milk and mix again on medium speed until both ingredients incorporate. The slowly add in the lemon juice, while your mixer is still on medium speed, be sure to add in the lemon juice slowly to ensure that all the ingredients incorporate.
  3. Now we can prepare our oreo or graham cracker crust. For this step it is not necessary to preface your crust but I certainly recommend baking it, as this is an icebox cheesecake and baking the crust alone will help it to be a bit sturdier. (check the notes below for preface instructions)
  4. Fill your crust 90% full and smooth out the top with a spatula, you will have leftover batter and you can either fill 6 mini crusts or simply pour the batter into a smaller container. Place your cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or the freezer for 2-3 hours. After this time, cut, serve, and enjoy.

NOTES: the cheesecake will be sturdier in the freezer and it is my favorite way to serve it. And to bake your crust preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 5-7 minutes.
